  • bonus promise: 100 000 - 160 000,- CZK per month;
  • 75% monthly bonus - payment of this bonus is linked to the performance of monthly tasks. The fulfilment of this parameter is evaluated by the direct supervisor;
  • 25% annual bonus - payment of this bonus is linked to the performance of the project's economic result;
  • the entitlement to the bonus promise only arises after a probationary period;
