Production worker. Job in Suchdol nad Odrou. 35000 CZK/month., long term work in a wooden pallet factory.

Job description
  • repairing wooden pallets - ensuring that damaged pallets are repaired according to set standards;
  • replacement of damaged parts of pallets - checking the condition and replacement of damaged or non-functioning parts of pallets.
What we offer for You
  • long term work in a wooden pallet factory;
  • place of work in Suchdol nad Odrou, 40 km from Ostrava;
  • work on DPP (agreement on work performance), FTE (agreement on work activity), after working out the possibility of concluding a full-time employment contract - HPP (main employment relationship - we pay health, pension and sickness insurance for the employee);
  • for foreigners, we can arrange legal work in the Czech Republic by obtaining an employment card or work permit and work visa;
  • starting as a worker in pallet production is possible immediately or by agreement.
What we expect from you
  • manual dexterity and physical fitness - the job requires manual skills, physical strength and the ability to handle heavier objects;
  • basic knowledge of Czech - ability to communicate in basic Czech;
  • tolerance to noisy environment and vibration - work is performed in an environment with noise and vibration.
Work schedule

• Single shift work schedule;
• Mon–Fri, 8–12 hours per day;
• Weekends by agreement.

Salary conditions
  • 11 CZK for each repaired pallet, with the possibility of earning over 30 000 CZK per month depending on the fulfilment of the standard;
  • training - the first two days of training paid 150 CZK/hour, then the pay is according to the number of repaired pieces;
  • average monthly earnings - from 30 000 CZK and more, depending on efficiency and number of repaired pallets;
  • possibility of accommodation near work.
