Job description
- production of soft and hard cheeses according to established technological procedures;
- pasteurization, preparation, and processing of milk;
- forming, pressing, and salting cheeses;
- monitoring fermentation and cheese aging;
- packaging finished products;
- maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workplace;
- simple production record-keeping.
