Job description
- operation of CNC milling and turning machines;
- machine setup and tool changes;
- quality control of parts according to technical drawings;
- simple modifications of CNC programs (Heidenhain, FANUC, Sinumerik);
- adherence to technological procedures and safety regulations;
- collaboration with other members of the production team.

What we expect from you
- 1–2 years of experience with CNC machines;
- knowledge of CNC programming (FANUC, Heidenhain, or Sinumerik);
- ability to read technical documentation and drawings;
- manual dexterity, accuracy, and reliability;
- willingness to work in a three-shift system.
Work schedule
- 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day;
- three-shift operation;
- overtime possible as needed.
Salary conditions
- starting salary: 42,000 CZK/month;
- after 3-month probation: 45,000 CZK/month;
- statutory allowances for afternoon shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays;
- allowance for work environment: 10% of minimum wage;
- 25 days of annual leave.
