Job description
- preparation of molds before production;
- placing fiberglass or reinforcement materials into molds;
- injecting resin into closed molds;
- removing finished products from molds;
- cleaning and regular maintenance of molds;
- quality control of finished products;
- handling materials within production.

Work schedule
- short/long week schedule;
- 12-hour shifts;
- 30-minute lunch break.
Salary conditions
- base wage: from 222 CZK/hour;
- performance rate: 229 CZK/hour when meeting 100% target;
- bonuses and incentives;
- statutory extra pay (night shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays);
- average monthly salary: 50,000–60,000 CZK (including bonuses);
- transport allowance (over 16 km);
- meal vouchers worth 87 CZK per shift;
