A modern artisan cheese dairy in Kralupy nad Vltavou (approx. 30 minutes from Prague), producing high-quality craft cheeses using traditional technologies. Due to production expansion, we are looking for a responsible and hardworking female worker.

Job description

production of soft and hard cheeses according to established technological procedures;
pasteurization, preparation, and processing of milk;
forming, pressing, and salting cheeses;
monitoring fermentation and cheese aging;
packaging finished products;
maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workplace;
simple production record-keeping.
