What we do

PORR is one of the leading construction companies operating in the Czech Republic, delivering numerous major residential and commercial development projects. Within the River Park Modřany II project in Prague, PORR is responsible for constructing two modern thirteen-story residential buildings (C and E), which will offer a total of 236 new apartments. These buildings are part of a broader residential complex that will eventually include more than 800 apartments.

The construction site is located in an attractive area near the Vltava River, close to the Hodkovičky golf course and a popular Prague cycling route. PORR uses advanced construction technologies and digital planning tools (BIM), contributing to the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project.

Our agency provides workforce for this project – from general laborers to skilled construction professionals. River Park Modřany II is one of the key construction sites where we regularly place our workers.
