Job description
- leadership and management of one of our logistics departments in a central warehouse;
- planning, coordinating and optimising warehousing and dispatch processes;
- overseeing compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines and legislative requirements;
- liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations;
- continuous optimization of logistics processes and implementation of best practices.

What we expect from you
- a degree in logistics, supply chain management or a similar field;
- entrepreneurial mindset in production, process optimization and efficiency improvement;
- strong leadership skills along with excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to effectively manage the department based on them;
- fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
Work schedule
- Monday - Friday;
- 8 hours a day.
Salary conditions
- leave: 25 days;
- sick days: 3 days
- meal allowance: 120 CZK / day worked;
- travel allowance: 3 CZK / km
- christmas bonus: 6000 CZK (fixed amount);
