Job description
  • work on the production line;
  • manual assembly of car air conditioning;
  • ssembly of control panels, evaporators, or air conditioning compressors for cars;
  • Compliance with prescribed safety regulations and technological procedures in the workplace.

Salary conditions

  • statutory overtime, weekend, holiday, night, and afternoon shift bonuses;
  • performance bonus, bonus for operating multiple lines/workplaces, semi-annual bonus;
  • 25 days of vacation + 5 days of paid leave;
  • canteen or meal vouchers 70 CZK/shift fully covered by the employer;
  • transportation by shuttle buses, commuting allowance 4 CZK/km (max 100 km/day);
  • semi-annual bonus: 10,500 + 10,500 CZK;
  • accommodation provided;
  • weekly advances after 5 days of work.
