Job description
- work on the production line;
- manual assembly of car air conditioning;
- ssembly of control panels, evaporators, or air conditioning compressors for cars;
- Compliance with prescribed safety regulations and technological procedures in the workplace.

What we expect from you
- experience in a similar position – an advantage;
- basic or secondary education;

Work schedule
- 3-shift work – morning, afternoon, and night;
- shift length: 8 hours.
Salary conditions
- starting salary: 29,500 CZK/month (approx. 205 CZK/hour);
- statutory overtime, weekend, holiday, night, and afternoon shift bonuses;
- performance bonus, bonus for operating multiple lines/workplaces, semi-annual bonus;
- 25 days of vacation + 5 days of paid leave;
- canteen or meal vouchers 70 CZK/shift fully covered by the employer;
- transportation by shuttle buses, commuting allowance 4 CZK/km (max 100 km/day);
- semi-annual bonus: 10,500 + 10,500 CZK;
- accommodation provided;
- weekly advances after 5 days of work.
