Information on Personal Data Processing (“GDPR”)

This document provides information on how Jobscentr Pracovní Portály s.r.o., Company ID: 21120293, with its registered office at Na Plzeňce 1235/2, 150 00 Prague 5 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), processes the personal data of website visitors, job applicants, and business partners in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”).

2. What personal data do we process?
We only process data that you provide to us directly, in particular:

- Telephone number, e-mail
- Information provided in your CV
- Data on education and work experience
- IP address and cookies (see section 8)
- For employers: identification and billing information
3. Why do we use your data?
Your personal data is used for the purpose of:
- Registering and managing your user account
- Job mediation and applying for job offers
- Communication and sending important updates
- Fulfilling legal and contractual obligations
- Analysing and improving our services

The processing of personal data is based on:

- For the duration of the contractual relationship
- No longer than 10 years after its termination (as per legal requirements)
- Or until consent is withdrawn (for data processed on the basis of consent)
After the retention period expires, the data is securely deleted.
7. Is data transferred abroad?
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU unless you give explicit consent or if it is inherent to the nature of the service (e.g., recruitment of third-country nationals).
