1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Jobscentr Pracovní Portály s.r.o. and individuals or legal entities (hereinafter the “User”) who use the Jobscentr.eu online portal.
1.2 The Jobscentr.eu portal serves as an online platform for job mediation, publication of job advertisements, and related HR services.
1.3 By using the Jobscentr.eu portal, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Registration and User Account
2.1 Registration is required to access certain features of the portal. The User must provide complete, accurate, and current information.
2.2 The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials and must immediately notify the Company in case of misuse.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel a User account in case of violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Offered Services
3.1 Through the Jobscentr.eu portal, the Company offers:
- Publication of job advertisements,
- Access to the candidate database,
- HR consultancy and recruitment services,
- Corporate presentations and profiles.
3.2 The current service specifications and pricing are published on the portal.
3.3 Some services are subject to fees, and ordering them creates a contractual relationship between the User and the Company.
4. Service Orders and Payment Terms
4.1 Services are ordered via an online form or by email.
4.2 Invoicing is electronic. The service price must be paid within the due date stated on the invoice. In case of delay, access to the service may be suspended.
4.3 All prices are listed excluding VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. User Obligations and Responsibilities
5.1 The User undertakes to use the services in accordance with these Terms and Czech law.
5.2 It is forbidden to post false, misleading, offensive, or defamatory content. The User is fully responsible for the content they publish.
5.3 The Company is not liable for the accuracy or currency of information provided by Users.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1 The rules for personal data processing are described in a separate document titled “Information on Personal Data Handling (GDPR)” published on the portal.
7. Company Limitations and Liability
7.1 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the portal and is not liable for service outages caused by technical issues or force majeure.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of information posted by Users.
8. Changes to the Terms
8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective on the date of their publication on the portal.
8.2 The User is obliged to regularly check the current Terms. Continued use of the portal constitutes agreement with the updated version.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 The legal relations between the Company and the User are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
9.2 Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court at the Company’s registered office.
