Job description
  • assembly of seats for the automotive industry according to work procedures;
  • performing output quality control of finished products;
  • working with a scanner to keep records of individual components and finished products;
  • participating in various stages of production and working with other team members;
  • additional tasks such as rework when required.

Work schedule
  • Monday-Saturday;
  • 8-12 hours per day;
  • two shifts.
Salary conditions
  • basic gross salary: 23 700 CZK;
  • 2,500 CZK performance bonus;
  • personal assessment: 1000 CZK;
  • attendance bonus: 2000 CZK;
  • 13th salary;
  • overtime: 500 CZK for the 6th shift + 25%;
  • work on Saturday and Sunday: +25 %;
  • night work: +15 %;
  • extra pay for difficult environment (padding): 24 CZK/hour;
  • working on public holidays: +100 % (note: we do not work on public holidays);
  • exit inspection: 2000 CZK;
  • rework: 2000 CZK;
  • foreman position: 5000 CZK;
  • catering: 55 % contribution from the price of 112 CZK (soup + main meal);
  • holidays: 5 weeks/year.
