Job description
- assembly of seats for the automotive industry according to work procedures;
- performing output quality control of finished products;
- working with a scanner to keep records of individual components and finished products;
- participating in various stages of production and working with other team members;
- additional tasks such as rework when required.

Work schedule
- Monday-Saturday;
- 8-12 hours per day;
- two shifts.
Salary conditions
- basic gross salary: 23 700 CZK;
- 2,500 CZK performance bonus;
- personal assessment: 1000 CZK;
- attendance bonus: 2000 CZK;
- 13th salary;
- overtime: 500 CZK for the 6th shift + 25%;
- work on Saturday and Sunday: +25 %;
- night work: +15 %;
- extra pay for difficult environment (padding): 24 CZK/hour;
- working on public holidays: +100 % (note: we do not work on public holidays);
- exit inspection: 2000 CZK;
- rework: 2000 CZK;
- foreman position: 5000 CZK;
- catering: 55 % contribution from the price of 112 CZK (soup + main meal);
- holidays: 5 weeks/year.
