Work in Chlumec nad Cidlinou in fish processing, manual sorting, packaging, and completing freshwater and saltwater fish. Base salary 25,200 Kč/month + statutory bonuses and performance bonuses 1,000–5,000 Kč depending on output. Accommodation, work clothes, and shoes provided.

Job description
  • manual sorting and quality control of fish by size, quality, and type;
  • careful packaging of fish according to set standards;
  • completing packages – arranging products into boxes, pallets, or other packaging units;
  • labeling and tagging packages according to internal instructions;
  • preparing packages for shipment – proper placement on pallets and protective packaging;
  • checking package quality and following hygiene and safety standards;
  • maintaining workplace order and replenishing packing materials;
  • collaborating with colleagues during packaging and shipment of orders.

Job description
  • operating a semi-automatic line for fish processing;
  • receiving raw materials for further processing;
  • manual processing of freshwater and marine fish;
  • quality control of finished products;
  • adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in the workplace.

  • support for foreigners – a coordinator will help with adaptation and orientation in work and personal life in the Czech Republic;
  • start in the position of production worker immediately or by agreement.

  • experience in a similar position is an advantage, but we provide full training;

  • manual skills and physical fitness;
  • willingness to work in cold and wet conditions;
  • flexibility and willingness to work overtime occasionally;
