Job description
- manual sorting and quality control of fish by size, quality, and type;
- careful packaging of fish according to set standards;
- completing packages – arranging products into boxes, pallets, or other packaging units;
- labeling and tagging packages according to internal instructions;
- preparing packages for shipment – proper placement on pallets and protective packaging;
- checking package quality and following hygiene and safety standards;
- maintaining workplace order and replenishing packing materials;
- collaborating with colleagues during packaging and shipment of orders.

Work schedule
- two-shift operation (morning/afternoon) – Mon–Fri;
- morning shift: 6:00–14:00;
- afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00.
Salary conditions
- base salary: 25,200 Kč;
- hourly rate: +/- 157.5 Kč;
- performance bonuses: 1,000–5,000 Kč depending on output;
- bonuses for weekends, holidays, and overtime;
- meal vouchers worth 40 Kč (choice of three meals).
