Job description
- operating a semi-automatic line for fish processing;
- receiving raw materials for further processing;
- manual processing of freshwater and marine fish;
- quality control of finished products;
- adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in the workplace.
What we offer for You
- work in production focused on fish processing – freshwater and marine fish;
- official employment in the Czech Republic, in Chlumec nad Cidlinou (Hradec Králové Region, approx. 60 km from Hradec Králové);

- work on DPP (agreement on work performance), DPČ (agreement on work activity) and after training the possibility to conclude a full-time employment contract – HPP;
- we provide confirmation of accommodation, necessary for obtaining temporary residence for foreigners who already have permanent residence or EU citizenship;
- support for foreigners – a coordinator will help with adaptation and orientation in work and personal life in the Czech Republic;
- start in the position of production worker immediately or by agreement.
What we expect from you
- experience in a similar position is an advantage, but we provide full training;
- basic knowledge of Czech or English;
- reliability, responsibility, and diligence;
- manual skills and physical fitness;
- willingness to work in cold and wet conditions;
- flexibility and willingness to work overtime occasionally;
- ability to work in a team and see oneself as an integral part of it.
Work schedule
- two-shift operation (morning/afternoon) – Mon–Fri;
- morning shift: 6:00–14:00 / afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00 (if necessary up to 00:00);
- in December, possibility of 12-hour shifts.
Salary conditions
- hourly wage 190 CZK;
- average monthly earnings: 32 000–35 000 CZK;
- accommodation provided if needed;
- work clothes and shoes provided;
- possibility of advances.
