Job description
- preparing and shaping baked goods;
- working with different types of dough (yeast, puff, rich);
- kneading dough for bread and rolls;
- preparing fillings, filling and decorating products;
- laying out and monitoring the baking process;
- packaging finished products;
- maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
