Job description
- preparation of quantity surveys, calculations, and construction budgets;
- preparation of technical documents for construction works;
- organizing tenders for subcontractors and materials;
- communication with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms;
- checking project documentation and coordinating with construction requirements;
- creating and updating work schedules;
- preparation of contractual documentation and cooperation with the sales department;
- supporting site managers in resolving technical and material issues;
- recording and controlling costs, cooperating in project financial management;
- participation in site inspections and meetings with investors or technical supervisors.

What we expect from you
- secondary or higher education in construction or technical field (advantageous);
- experience in construction preparation, budgeting, or civil construction projects;
- knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and procedures;
- ability to read and understand project documentation;
- experience with budgeting software (e.g., KROS, BUILDpower, ÚRS) – advantage;
- organizational skills, attention to detail, independence;
- communication and negotiation skills;
- czech language at a minimum B2 level (daily oral and written communication).
Work schedule
- single-shift operation (Monday–Friday);
- standard workday in office or on site;
- participation in inspections and site visits as needed.
