Job description
- organization, management, and supervision of workers on site;
- coordination of different trades and construction work sequences;
- ensuring compliance with technological procedures, project documentation, and schedules;
- quality control of performed work and acceptance of partial stages;
- supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations on site;
- communication with the site manager, subcontractors, and technical supervision;
- оперативe problem-solving and proposals for improving work organization.

What we expect from you
- secondary education in construction or a technical field (advantage);
- experience in construction, ideally as a foreman, team leader, or supervisor;
- knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and work procedures;
- ability to lead a team and effectively organize work;
- ability to read project documentation;
- responsibility, decisiveness, and ability to solve operational situations;
- strong focus on safety at work;
- Czech language at B2 level;
- basic user knowledge of MS Office and CAD programs.
Work schedule
- single-shift operation (Monday–Friday);
- weekends as required by the project.
