Job description
- Manage, coordinate, and execute activities on the construction site;
- Lead the construction workforce;
- Be responsible for executing works according to HMG within defined scope and quality;
- Ensure compliance with technological procedures, safety regulations, and all relevant standards;
- Maintain the construction log;
- Monitor construction economics and control costs;
- Prepare materials for invoicing and collaborate with the finance department;
- Communicate with the investor, subcontractors, and technical supervision;
- Resolve site issues promptly and suggest improvements for work organization.

What we expect from you
- Secondary or higher education in construction or technical field;
- Experience in construction project execution in a construction company;
- Experience in managing people and organizational skills;
- Communication and decision-making skills;
- Authorization exam – advantage;
- Driver’s license category B (required for regional work, not needed in Prague);
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD;
- Czech language at minimum B2 level (daily oral and written communication with the investor, keeping the construction log).
Work schedule
- Single-shift operation (Monday–Friday);
- Standard workday on the construction site;
- Participation in site inspections and meetings with the investor or technical supervision as needed.
