Job description
- complete management of employment relationships (onboarding, offboarding, contract amendments);
- preparation of employment contracts and termination documents;
- maintaining and updating employee personal files;
- administrative support for the HR department;
- cooperation with coordinators, accounting department, and public authorities;
- processing and checking visa documentation.

What we expect from you
- experience in administration or HR (preferably in an international environment);
- good knowledge of Slovak or Czech (spoken and written);
- experience with visa processes and employment laws;
- responsibility, accuracy, and independence;
- communication skills and team spirit.
Work schedule
- standard working hours 40 hours/week, flexible according to branch needs;
- occasional business trips within Slovakia and to the Czech Republic (Prague).

- salary by agreement (depending on experience and practice);
