Job description
- management of the entire recruitment process - from creating and publishing advertisements, through active candidate search to conducting interviews and the related administrative agenda;
- recruiting for a wide range of roles - from supply chain managers, warehouse team leaders and administrative roles to line warehouse workers;
- organising recruitment days - interactive meetings with potential candidates;
- collaboration with manager (Netherlands) and colleagues in Pilsen - development and implementation of strategies for talent acquisition and retention;
- close cooperation with hiring managers - effective management of recruitment requirements and managing relationships with key partners.

What we expect from you
- a degree in human resources, sociology, psychology or a related field;
- experience in distribution centre recruitment, including blue-collar recruiting;
- knowledge of the challenges of the logistics sector and the ability to respond effectively to its requirements;
- excellent communication and presentation skills - you can persuade candidates and work with managers;
- fluent Czech and advanced English (written and verbal);
- analytical thinking - you can evaluate recruitment strategies based on data;
- excellent organizational skills - you can prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work schedule
- Monday - Friday;
- 8 hours a day.
Salary conditions
- meal vouchers - 120 CZK / day (fully paid by the employer);
- refreshments at the workplace - coffee, tea, fresh fruit;
- cafeteria system - 1 200 CZK / month (after a trial period);
- transport allowance - 3 CZK / km;
