Náplň práce
- assist and support the Returns Department Manager in daily tasks;
- coordinate returns with warehouse, technical, sales, and customer service departments;
- perform activities related to returns in the warehouse;
- ensure accuracy, quality, and proper documentation of all processes;
- follow all safety clothing and PPE requirements;
- complete tasks according to defined procedures and priorities;
- work according to established internal processes.

Co se od vás očekává
- ability to work independently and responsibly;
- professional communication with internal and external customers to obtain necessary information;
- knowledge of German or English (German preferred);
- good PC skills, ability to work with MS Office (especially Excel) and internal systems;
- previous experience is not required – full training will be provided.
Work schedule
- morning shift: 06:00–14:00;
- afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00.

- fixed salary according to the job role and regional standards;
