We are looking for a Returns Administrator to join our growing team. This position is a great opportunity for those who want to start or develop their career in logistics and returns management. Complete training will be provided by our client.

Náplň práce
  • assist and support the Returns Department Manager in daily tasks;
  • coordinate returns with warehouse, technical, sales, and customer service departments;
  • perform activities related to returns in the warehouse;
  • ensure accuracy, quality, and proper documentation of all processes;
  • follow all safety clothing and PPE requirements;
  • complete tasks according to defined procedures and priorities;
  • work according to established internal processes.

Co se od vás očekává
  • ability to work independently and responsibly;
  • professional communication with internal and external customers to obtain necessary information;
  • knowledge of German or English (German preferred);
  • good PC skills, ability to work with MS Office (especially Excel) and internal systems;
  • previous experience is not required – full training will be provided.
Work schedule
  • morning shift: 06:00–14:00;
  • afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00.

  • fixed salary according to the job role and regional standards;
  • legal allowances for afternoon shifts, weekend, and holiday work;
