What is expected of You

  • dispensing and dispatching medicines - ensuring compliance with legislation and accuracy of dispatched products;
    quality and storage of medicines - checking storage conditions, maintaining cold chain, correct labelling;
  • communication with customers and authorities - answering queries about medicines, legal requirements and customer suggestions;
  • compliance with pharmacy legislation - working in accordance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) rules, maintaining documentation on dispensing of medicines;
  • complaints and returned medicines - assessing returned products and their proper disposal or re-classification;
  • quality management system - working with the quality department to ensure the effective operation of the system;
  • checking the accuracy of orders - verifying that all items match the prescribed medicines before dispatch.
