Work schedule
Monday - Friday;
8 hours a day.
Responsibilities
- dispensing and dispatching medicines - ensuring compliance with legislation and accuracy of dispatched products;
quality and storage of medicines - checking storage conditions, maintaining cold chain, correct labelling; - communication with customers and authorities - answering queries about medicines, legal requirements and customer suggestions;
- compliance with pharmacy legislation - working in accordance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) rules, maintaining documentation on dispensing of medicines;
- complaints and returned medicines - assessing returned products and their proper disposal or re-classification;
- quality management system - working with the quality department to ensure the effective operation of the system;
- checking the accuracy of orders - verifying that all items match the prescribed medicines before dispatch.

What is expected of You
- a university degree in pharmacy and a valid license to practice as a pharmacist in the Czech Republic;
- a responsible approach and passion for pharmaceutical work at a high professional level;
- the ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with customers, especially by telephone;
- quick understanding of situations and customer focus;
- excellent knowledge of Czech and English, both spoken and written;
- good knowledge of pharmacy systems and MS Office;
- carefulness, independence, responsibility, and initiative;

Wage conditions
- 25 days of vacation;
- 3 days of paid sick leave (sick days);
- meal allowance: CZK 120/day worked;
- travel allowance: CZK 3/km;
- christmas bonus: CZK 6,000 (fixed amount);
