Job description
- communication with project managers and employees;
- comprehensive coordination of assigned projects in cooperation with the operations manager and job manager;
- ensuring smooth project operations (onboarding, training, work organization);
- searching for and arranging accommodation for employees;
- organizing transport – arranging employee transfers to the workplace;
- providing work clothing, accompanying workers to medical examinations (LP);
- daily communication with Slovak partners and authorities.

What we expect from you
- advanced knowledge of the Slovak language (spoken and written);
- excellent communication and organizational skills;
- experience in project management and team coordination;
- ability to work independently and in a team;
- category B driving license;
- knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- flexibility and willingness to travel.
Work schedule
- standard working hours: 40 hours per week, flexible according to branch needs;
- possible business trips within Slovakia and to the Czech Republic (Prague).
