Job description
- communication with project managers and employees;
- full coordination of the assigned project in cooperation with the operations and job manager;
- ensuring smooth project operation (onboarding, training, work organization);
- searching for and arranging accommodation for workers;
- organizing transport – employee transfers to the workplace;
- providing work clothing and accompanying employees to medical examinations;
- daily communication with Polish partners and authorities.

What we expect from you
- advanced knowledge of Polish (spoken and written);
- excellent communication and organizational skills;
- experience in project management and team coordination;
- ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- category B driving license;
- knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- flexibility and willingness to travel.
Work schedule
- standard working hours 40 hours/week, flexible according to branch needs;
- business trips within Poland and the Czech Republic possible.
