Information on the handling of personal data "GDPR"
In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.
Personal data are: any information about a natural person who can be identified on the basis of that data.

What personal data do we collect?
We collect personal data of job seekers on the basis of registration on the job portal or on the basis of a concluded contract, as well as personal data processed on the basis of consent provided by the candidate.
For what purpose do we need your personal data?
We process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring the proper performance of the contract concluded with the data subject, in particular for the purpose of providing job advertising services.
To whom can your personal data be transferred?
Within the scope of its activities, the controller may, with your consent, provide or entrust the processing of personal data to another person, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Czech Republic and the GDPR.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We retain personal data for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship in accordance with the time limits set by law. After the expiry of the shredding period, all analogue and digital documents containing personal data are shredded.
Is your personal data transferred abroad?
Your personal data may only be transferred abroad with your consent.
What are your rights and obligations?
You can exercise the following rights in accordance with the processing of personal data:
- the right of access to personal data (Article 15 GDPR),
- the right to rectification of personal data (Article 16 GDPR),
- the right to erasure of personal data (Article 17 GDPR),
- the right to limit the processing of personal data (Article 18 GDPR),
- the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
- the right to object to the processing of personal data (Article 21(1) GDPR),
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).
