Workintense welding course - Get European qualifications and job opportunities

Welding is one of the main production processes in any industry or construction sector. To do a high-quality job, a welder must have the appropriate knowledge and special training. Our training centre offers a wide range of quality courses for welders of different specializations and types, which include both theoretical and practical parts. Training is conducted in small groups, which helps to ensure maximum involvement of all students in the process.

The Workintense Welding Course is designed for people who want to learn the practical and theoretical skills of a welder:

• manual welding (MMA, 111, 114);
• semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG, 121, 131, 135, 136, 137);
• manual argon arc welding in inert gas (TIG 141);
• You can take basic and international courses based on your chosen retraining.

Welding course programme:

• Theoretical part: students acquire knowledge that is directly needed in the work process. Special attention is also paid to safety rules in the workplace.
• Practical part: it constitutes 90% of the whole learning process. It takes place under the supervision of a qualified instructor, whose aim is to teach participants to perform welding tasks carefully, quickly and efficiently.
• Final test: at the end of the course, a test is held in the presence of a commissioner who is authorized to confirm successful completion of the course and issue a certificate.

All candidates who complete the training and successfully pass the welding course exam will receive a European standard certificate that will allow them to work in the Czech Republic and other European countries.

We will equip the participants: At the beginning of the training, we will equip the participants with personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes a welding mask, clear goggles, MOFOS protective clothing, leather welding apron and leather welding gloves with cuff, and teaching aids (workbook, textbooks, extracts from ČSN 05 0600, ČSN 05 0601, ČSN 05 0610 and ČSN 05 0630, Decree No.87/2000 Coll.).
